The personal data collected will be processed and stored electronically by DentalArt and are intended to respond to your appointments and requests for appointments in connection with the provision of health services, without prejudice to the collection of additional data necessary for the purposes of billing the services provided and for the technical and operational management

In order to be able to share promotions and news, which we promote in https://dentalart.art, we ask for a name and email address through a contact form that the user fills out if he/she shows interest in receiving such promotions and news.
We ask for the same information if you have any questions you want to see answered through a contact form.

Retention of personal data

The data will be kept for the period in which users maintain an active account, with the exception of access logs, which are kept for a maximum period of 2 years or cases provided by law. The remaining data, in particular health data, shall be kept in accordance with the legislation applicable in the archive of the clinical documentation, except for the data necessary for the billing of the services provided in the CUF Health Units, which shall be kept for a period of 10 years.

In accordance with the applicable legislation, the User may request, at all times, access to personal data concerning him or her, as well as their rectification, deletion or limitation of its processing, the portability of his/her data, or to owe it – verified the legally provided conditions – through face-to-face contact, by telephone or by e-mail.
